In short, the Case whereby a Environmentalist group blocked a Bill, claiming although no current injury for standing can be provided, but a future injury may acure whereby emotional distraught, Animal migrations MIGHT change, breathing air MIGHT be different, ect whereby that group was granted Standing based on a possible future event yet to happen. Berg is using this standing clause as the same. So it really is a 50/50.

Not to interrupt your prior conversations, however, you mentioned whereby there was verification of BHO BC. This is highly untrue to a point. Yes, Hawaii officials did state in contrast to his COLB that they did have a BC, verbally, and when asked what birth place did it state (remember law at that time allowing up to 12 months of allocation) where that birth claims on the BC, they refused to answer that, claiming We Cannot give that information

They knew what the case was about, and they implied that he was born in the state of Hawaii by verifying the information on his BC. They never refused anything, because they gave an affidavit to the court along with his BC. Also, it would have been stated on his BC if he was born outside of Hawaii. His BC states:

City, town, location of birth: Honolulu

Island of Birth: OAHU

County of Birth: Honolulu

If he was born in some other country, this information would reflect that.

Oh yeah, and I’m sure a 361,276 lb plane flying into a building at high speeds taking out the center supports wouldn’t bring it down? Go research it.

1. That’s pretty light compared to the weight and mass of the building.

2. It didn’t take out any of the center supports.

3. The building was engineered to withstand such an impact.

This is all correct. He did, however, have dual-citizenship (which expired when he became 21 years old). However, that doesn’t change that he is an American Citizen, and Born within the states as one.
