Congress cannot correct that amendment. It would have to be corrected by another amendment, and that would have to be approved by 38 of the states in addition to congress.
Amendments are serious business and not to be taken lightly.
Amendments take anywhere from 1 to 5 years just to be approved by the states let alone make it though congress.

As to The BC/COLB thing, I never said they were the same thing, but that they do have similar information on them regarding the birth of a U.S. citizen. The COLB is the only document given out in Hawaii, and is legally accepted legal in place of a BC.

Either/Or matters not, Ill explain in simple terms for your enlightenment of the significant difference of a COLB and a BC. And No, the State of Hawaii did not ONLY have something called a COLB and never had a BC.. It is YOU, that needs to review the Law.. Need I list if for you? How can BHO have a dual Citizenship in Indonesia when Indonesia does not allow duel citizenship and must file with Indonesia government to denounce the latter to obtain staus with such? For all purposes, the COLB has the same information on it as the BC, and is the only document given out by the state of Hawaii. Perhaps, you should do some more research before accusing others of of being ignorant on the issue. There’ something funny about your knowledge on law that I can’t place my finger on. I don’t have the necessary knowledge to go toe to toe with a lawyer, though I have a general understanding of the law, but I can usually see when someone’s pulling my leg with bullshit.

First and foremost, no BC has ever been submitted, and no records pertaining to proof has been reviewed thus far. Read my past statements. And if You have claim of a BC Reading, then you are the only American to have read such, simply because his only proof to the public is a COLB, not a BC
This is all correct. He did, however, have dual-citizenship (which expired when he became 21 years old). However, that doesn’t change that he is an American Citizen, and Born within the states as one.
1. That’s pretty light compared to the weight and mass of the building.

They knew what the case was about, and they implied that he was born in the state of Hawaii by verifying the information on his BC. They never refused anything, because they gave an affidavit to the court along with his BC. Also, it would have been stated on his BC if he was born outside of Hawaii. His BC states:
City, town, location of birth: Honolulu
Island of Birth: OAHU
County of Birth: Honolulu
If he was born in some other country, this information would reflect that.

Not to interrupt your prior conversations, however, you mentioned whereby there was verification of BHO BC. This is highly untrue to a point. Yes, Hawaii officials did state in contrast to his COLB that they did have a BC, verbally, and when asked what birth place did it state (remember law at that time allowing up to 12 months of allocation) where that birth claims on the BC, they refused to answer that, claiming We Cannot give that information
In short, the Case whereby a Environmentalist group blocked a Bill, claiming although no current injury for standing can be provided, but a future injury may acure whereby emotional distraught, Animal migrations MIGHT change, breathing air MIGHT be different, ect whereby that group was granted Standing based on a possible future event yet to happen. Berg is using this standing clause as the same. So it really is a 50/50.
