it’s “our” govt and the constitution give the Fed the task of defending the country. Not sure where the police thing comes in. Government run Public schools – a disaster! BTW, why do Dems Presidents, with school age kids not send them to public schools in D.C. Clintons & Obama’s used private schools yet both deny vouchers to people who want to send their kids to schools that work. Medicare, medicaid, broke – social security & PO, in the red! More of the the USG isn’t the answer.
