Barack Obama: the Name of Politics 2008

barack obama

The power of black community is rising constantly with black leaders proving their leadership qualities and mettle. The success of black community is entirely based on the positive efforts of black entrepreneurs, black CEO’s, black executives and black business leaders around the world. Their success and vision have inspired the growth of blacks not only in USA but also in the rest parts of the world as well. Here, we’ll highlight the achievements of Barack Obama, who has dominated the political scenario in the US.

The rising success of Mr. Obama has proved that sky is unlimited for those who know how to make a world of their own. Democrat Barack Obama of Illinois has been running the country’s presidential elections, soon to be held this year in US.

For reaching on the top of this electoral battle, he has to beat arch rival Hillary Clinton in the Democratic nomination and Republican John McCain in the general election. Obama would be the country’s first black president if he wins the election.

Suggestions for President-elect Barack Obama

barack obama

These are my suggestions for President-elect Barack Obama concerning the economy, family issues, literacy, crime, national healthcare, taxes & energy:

Job Creation:

New Deal-type initiatives like the CCC & WPA.  These would create real jobs, paid for by the US government (you and me), repairing the national infrastructure; for instance, rebuilding New Orleans & the rest of the still-reeling and still often unrecognizable Gulf and Atlantic coasts.  This would be trickle-horizontally economics, in that the living wages paid to these workers would be saved or spent by these workers, and in turn be saved and spent by the recipients of these workers’ funds, again and again, raising tax dollars over and over again for Uncle Sam, creating a big-time real return on our investment in putting tax-paying people back to work in worthwhile jobs.  There must be zero tolerance and certain severe prison terms for any monetary wrongdoing by anyone involved in any agency created for this effort.

Barack Obama’ s New Deal

The general election of the presidency is proceeding intensively. And after a intensive competition the candidate of the Democratic Party of the United States Barack Obama and the candidate of the republican party John Mc Cain have the great hope to win the general election to become the new president of the United states. And the public opinion keep an eye on the candidate of the Democratic Party  Barack Obama. If he can finally heading to White House successfully, he will be the first Africa American president in the history of the United States.

Barack Obama a Candidate for Christians

barack obama

First let me begin this article by stating that I understand the sentiment to have an African-American president. Although you couldn’t tell it from my photo my grandfather William Johnson was an African American, he married a white woman in the 1940’s and has my utmost respect for making that decision amidst the pressure he must have faced. I would like nothing more than to see the United States of America led by an African American president, it would be a symbol of truly healing the national wound we have had in this country since the days of slavery. I cannot cast my vote for Mr. Barack Obama in ‘08 in good conscience. Mr. Obama Consistently votes in support of even the most brutal practices of our greatest national sin today… abortion. This is altogether surprising to me considering how abortion effects the African American population.

The Barack Obama Campaign of Hope

barack obama

Barack Obama’s candidacy for the Democratic Presidential nomination has struggled throughout 2007 in the public opinion polls because his campaign has not developed a clear, focused message that provides Democratic voters with a reason to vote for him.

Obama has raised over thirty million dollars for his campaign during the first six months of the year and has considerable popular, grass root support, so the resources are available to deliver the message. But what is the message? Should Democrats vote for Obama and cross their fingers and hope?

Consider this from Barack Obama in February of 2007 at a Democratic National Committee Meeting: “There are those who don’t believe in talking about hope,” Obama told the crowd. “They say, Well, we want specifics, we want details, and we want white papers, and we want plans. We’ve had a lot of plans, Democrats. What we’ve had is a shortage of hope. And over the next year, over the next two years, that will be my call to you.”

Barack Obama Landslide

barack obama

Why have several of the major political players, like Ted Kennedy, decided to jump on the Obama band wagon? The most obivous reason is the more than DOUBLE the votes that Obama received over Hillary in the South Carolina primary. That’s an amazing number for any primary, anywhere. However, there’s much more to the picture than Bill Clinton playing the race card and being an out-right liar. If his presidency told us anything, it told us that! That’s one of the reasons he lost his law license in Arkansas.
